All good things must come to an end. The end of a relationship is so bittersweet, and for that reason I never wanted to go through the end, through the fallout and pain. Somehow it is especially difficult when both parties realize the necessity of the end. The world gives the impression that ending a relationship on good terms is the easiest way to go, however I believe this to be untrue. Not that I will wish for a disaster, but a messy sudden end seems like it would be such relief. But I am strong and I know there is so much ahead. So I will “keep calm and carry on”, I will “go with the flow”, I will survive, and I’m sure I’ll be all the wiser, and very thankful to my present self a few years down the road.
It was a good ride love.
